  • Experience in mortgage industry and working with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Prospector (LP) and Desktop Underwriter (DU) is highly desired

  • Agile/Scrum experience is a plus

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and related productivity tools

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and executes projects on time

  • 5+ years of Project Manager/ Business Systems Analyst experience in a high-volume company with focus on IT and technical projects

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must

  • Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail as well as the ability to focus on the overall objective of a given task/project and strong understanding of technology solutions and systems integration

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Strong knowledge of all phases of software development lifecycle processes

  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

  • Job Description: JOB SUMMARY

    The IT Project Manager/Business Systems Analyst will serve as a key subject matter expert for the various systems used in Greenlight as well as the liaison between business unit managers and the IT Developers by identifying, understanding and documenting their business needs and recommending/proposing sound solutions that help optimize performance and business processes.


    1. Translate business needs into system requirements and change requests by working closely with project sponsor and business owner to understand business processes and recommend innovative solutions

    2. Manage project development from initiation to closure involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of projects into a finished state and within a predefined deadlines utilizing PMLC methodologies

    3. Develop tools and best practices for business systems analysis and project management execution

    4. Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle

    5. Develop and maintain project artifacts in line with the governance model

    6. Track and report on project milestones and develop status reports and other project communications

    7. Identify potential risks and issues and recommend mitigation plans

    8. Organize and lead productive meetings with focus on stakeholders satisfaction

    9. Lead, coach and motivate project team members on proactive basis

    10. Proactively manage project dependencies and identify potential workarounds

    11. Perform initial QA testing to ensure system changes meet defined requirements as well as providing feedback to QA and Development teams regarding test cases, scenarios and scripts

    12. Respond to production issues, troubleshoot problems, interact with production staff, monitor and track progress of all production issues and communicate ongoing problems to developers
